At Urban Wears, we want to make sure you love your purchases. But at the same time, in the unforeseen circumstances where the product might be damaged, or does not match the order description or size you can return/ exchange the product through the following simple process:

1. Please click photos of the product showing damage etc in a well lit environment and send it to urbanwears.care@gmail.com

2. Upon approval, we will arrange for the reverse pickup. Please provide the product with the invoice and tags during pickup. A reverse pickup charge of INR 65 will be be charged to you. The product should be in unused condition.

3. Upon receipt and inspection the refund will be processed within 7 working days

4. Please note that we should receive your email about the refund/ exchange request within 4 days of delivery of the product

5. Orders above INR 1500 will be eligible for exchange only and not a refund
